All prices below are advertised in USD and are subject to 10% Australian Goods & Services Tax

Please note payment is required at the time of registration and this will be processed in Australian Dollars. All credit card payments will incur a 2% processing fee.

Upon completion of a registration an invoice will be issued by Encanta Event Management.

Registration Fee Entitlements

Registration includes the following:

  • Tea breaks and lunches x 3 days of the congress program
  • Access to conference sessions
  • Access to the exhibition
  • Delegate bag

  • 1 x Welcome Reception ticket on Tuesday 22 September

Please note tickets for the Congress Dinner on Wednesday 23 September are available for purchase for $105 per person.

In addition to the above, participants for the 71st IEC Meeting will be provided with tea breaks and lunches for the duration of the meeting program

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation and requests for a refund, by individuals or groups, must be received in writing by email to Encanta Event Management, info@encanta.com.au

The date of the email receipt will be the basis for considering refunds. Refunds will be made after the conference less an administration fee of $AUD150.00 per person.

The following cancellation charges apply for Irrigation Australia Conference and the ICID 24th International Congress:

  • 60 days prior: Full refund less an administrative fee of $AUD150.00 per person
  • 59 to 30 days prior: 50% refund less an administrative fee of $AUD150.00 per person
  • Less than 30 days prior: No refund

No refund will be granted for failure to attend/no show.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration and additional items, such as workshops, tours, social events, partner programs etc, may be transferred to another delegate without penalty.
